To whom it may concern, 

I would like to request for the shapefiles of the declared and critical watershed in the Philippines. This data will be use for my research on the importance of biodiversity in the country. 
Furthermore I would like to add if you can include important attributes such as the name, dates of proclamation, proclamation law (if applicable), and area of the places that will be included in the shapefiles.
