Response to your request This is not a bug on the eFOI website, the eFOI system has strict security measures in place and one of them is session limit and cookies. The system automatically checks for user inactivity and if such behavior is observed, the security measures is triggered. Another reason is that the user is using Private Browsing (Incognito Mode), may we suggest that the user must login in normal mode because the eFOI system relies on browser cookies for user enhancements and other data. Should you have more queries regarding the FOI site, you may send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you. Respectfully, Danica Orcullo FOI Officer
