Thank you for your request dated Feb. 21, 2025, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested the Insurance Commission VUL and Trad Life Exam Results.

In relation to you request, please be advised that you may visit the Licensing Division or send an email at [email protected] to request for the VUL and Trad Life Exam Results.

In order to process the said request, you are required to:

1. Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission - Head Office through the IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login;
2. Submit a request letter indicating your examination details such as complete name of examinee, insurance company, date, place, and the type of examination taken; and
3. Pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).

Please be informed also that you will be required to submit a copy of your government-issued identification card for verification.

Please note that this Commission can only issue a certification of examination administered by this Commission. For further inquiries, you may contact our Licensing Division at 8523 8461 local 111.

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. To initiate this process, kindly submit your written appeal for review addressed to [email protected]. Please provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with our response within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving this response. We will conduct the review and communicate the outcome within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your review request.

Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
