Hi! As an authorized person to process the filing of lifting request, I would like to know the reason for blacklist of a korean national, named under WOO DONGMIN. He travelled last November 2019 got hold in Kalibo, Aklan. And on March this year, he travelled again assuming that he has already cleared his name because he contacted a person who he taught he had helped him. I am requesting this so that I can start writing his letter of request and process for lifting his blacklist. Thank you!
