Hi Good day, I'd like to apply a voluntary deportation for my Husband.
He came here with visa upon arrival and i want to apply a 13a Visa for Him Because we are married and soon to have a child but they said He can't apply 13a visa because he is Visa upon arrival and They said it's illegal and we didn't know it.
his 9g visa already downgraded and will expired in october 13  2022. i hope you will gave us a 1-2 months to fix all our document to flight return china. by the way I'm a Filipino citizen

I refer to my letter of Oct 01, 2022 07:54:32 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Applying Voluntary Deportation.

In particular, it would be helpful to know your clear request because there will be different Division Offices who will be processing Deportation and Downgrading and extension of your husband. hi, may I ask can my husband apply for 13a visa even if he is visa upon arrival?

and if ever he cannot apply for a 13a visa and the only option is to apply for a voluntary departure/OTL how can I apply and may I know the instruction and fee for voluntary departure/OTL
