Hi! Im Karlo de Vera, a student from National University-Manila, currently taking BS Accounting Technology. One of our courses is Sales, Agency and Other Commercial Laws. As part of our course, we were required by our professor to look for an SPA (Special Power of Attorney) for a sale of land in Tawi-Tawi. Specifically for a sale of land in Tawi-Tawi. It would be used for us to fully appreciate the types of documents being discussed to us.
