I am Delfin R. Acay, Agriculture Consultant of the consulting firm, Urban Integrateg Consultant, Inc.  I would like to request the latest (2022) full lists of farmers of the RSBSA in the Municipality of Delfin Albano, Cabagan, Sta. Maria, Sto. Tomas, Tumauini and the City of Ilagan, Isabela.  We need the listings to sample randomly farmers that we need to interview for Farm Management System Survey scheduled on Feb 2-March 2, 2023 in connection with the Preparation of a FS for the Delfin Albano-Sto. Tomas Pump Irrigation Project we contracted with National Irrigation Administration.

You asked for Registry System for the Basic Sectors in Agriculture.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please note that we cannot provide the list because it contains personal information of the farmers, which might fall under the Data Privacy Act. It is also part of the consent form signed by the farmers during the RSBSA registration which states that their data will be solely used by DA in targeting its program and interventions. 

However, our office can provide you the statistical data such as total number of farmers registered in RSBSA.

To help you in your research and survey, please coordinate with the Regional Field Office in Region II. They can assist your team to gather needed farmers and coordinate with the Municipal/City Agriculture Officer in Isabela and Cagayan.
