Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 09 September 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. 

YOUR REQUEST

You asked for the following: (1) Plans for Intramuros Informal Settlement; (2) The actual Land use of Intramuros; and (3) Policies for informal settlement. 

RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST

Your FOI request no. 2 is approved. For a proper understanding on Intramuros land use, please find attached the following: (1) a copy of Rules and Regulations (refer to Rule IV); and (2) an actual land use map, dated 2015. 

However, your requests 1 and 3 are denied. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we are unable to provide these information due to an exemption under Item no. 9, Annex D, of the Intramuros Administration Freedom of Information Manual. Specifically, this item refers to Information relating to projects that were never implemented or have not been fully implemented. For a full copy of the Manual, you may refer to the Intramuros Administration website at Intramuros.gov.ph
