May I ask if PWDs are automatically covered by Philhealth? or they still need to apply or register their own Philhealth?

I have a daughter who is now 26 yrs old and no longer fall as my dependent. And she's a PWD (with multiple disabilities). Her name is Miracle Tagle

thanks a lot.
