Dear Ms. Policarpio,

You have requested  for 1995 rates of duty for automotive industry, which to our understanding covers passenger cars and electronics industry.  

Please be informed that the automotive industry in 1995 enjoys a 40% ad valorem duty for finished cars and 20% ad valorem duty for components of motor cars imported by participants to the Motor Vehicle Development Program.

For the electronics industry, it has a wider scope of products.  Hence, to be able to give you an accurate information, please specify the products that you are interested in.
