Hi. I would like to request for the list of companies that need Tariff Classification Services per Industry in the Philippines. I am from a Market Research company and would need this information for future projects.

Tariff Classification requests can be filed by any importing company pursuant to Section 1100 of RA 10863 otherwise known as the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA).  The procedures and details are spelled out under TC Order No. 2017-01 (for Advance Ruling) and TC Order No. 2018-01 (for Dispute Ruling) which are posted at our website (www.tariffcommission.gov.ph).
