Hello! I am a Development Communication student from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, and I would like to request the data on college dropouts from 2018-2022 in the whole UP System, and what is the Top 5 campuses that have the highest number of college dropouts.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We are constrained to DENY your request as the same requires us in effect to perform research services for you and therefore your request falls outside the ambit or purview of the abovementioned E.O. and the Constitutional provision that it seeks to
