Hi, I am a 3rd-year student conducting a study regarding the population of student applicants in the University during the pandemic in comparison to the prior years. I would like to know the following information:

1. Number of UPCAT/UPCA Applicants per region from the years 2015-2022

2. The top 10 provinces with the most applicants in the country.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We are constrained to DENY your request as the same requires us in effect to perform research services for you and therefore your request falls outside the ambit or purview of the abovementioned E.O. and the Constitutional provision that it seeks to implement.
