Good Day! I am Anna Patricia Cristobal - Penisa from Globe Telecom Inc., under Emerging Technologies - Information System Group. 

I would like to ask if it is possible to request for the historical flooding data of Metro Manila  from year 2000 to 2022. The purpose of my request is connected with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to develop a possible early flood notification system app. 

The aforementioned data are crucial to the success of our initiative. Hoping to hear your positive feedback. Thank you very much.
