Hi!  I wish to request for a certified true copy of an extra judicial settlement with sale executed before Notary Public Atty. Anselmo B. Mangalindan, with Doc. No. 17, Page No. 4, Book No. IX, Series of 2007.  This document was notarized on June 21, 2007.

This is a requirement of the Bureau of Internal Revenue to process the payment of estate tax. Thanks
