Good day, 

As I have read from PSA's website, birth certificates of people born pre-war period (1945-below) are to be requested from the National Archives of the Philippines. This is to request a copy of my grandmother's birth certificate. Her name is Josefina Parado Gonzales. She was born in Guiuan Samar on March 21, 1924. Her mother's name was Adela Parado and her father's name was Victor Gonzales.
