Deed of Absolute Sale

Requested from NAP by M. Jawadil-Salih at 01:54 PM on Apr 06, 2022.
Purpose: Requirement of City Government of Zamboanga - for the transfer of ownership
Date of Coverage: 10/29/2019 - 10/29/2019
Tracking no: #NAP-739787392708

Jawadil-Salih 01:54 PM, Apr 06, 2022

Hi! I would like to request a copy of our deed of absolute sale. We bought the lot and had it transferred into our name last 2019. After getting the new title, we failed to process the transfer of ownership in the City Government of Zamboanga. We would like to complete it now and pay the required property taxes. However, we were not able to retain a copy of the deed as all were submitted to BIR and LRA. Thank you.
