Hi! I would like to request a refund for my NBI Clearance Renewal payment, I mistakenly reload the page after I paid the amount fee on my gcash account and was not able to choose the DOOR TO DOOR delivery option in claiming my clearance and made a new appointment and paid another 160php fee. Here is the reference number from NBI that I used MP9BBCFTPB and the reference number from my confirmed payment 375238811.
