Hi! I would like to request a refund from my Gcash. I registered online for NBI to make an appointment and paid it via Gcash. Unfortunately, they did not acknowledge my receipt for the reason that the appointment that I set was available in another region not in my selected place which is Las Pinas City. Please, do an immediate action on my sutuation so that I will not pay again. Thank you and God bless!

Hi, I will not request a refund anymore because the NBI office in Bacoor acknowledged my online registration and payment unlike the office here in Las Piñas did not accept it. Anyways, thank you and God bless!
