I would like to report/request about the scam that I got victimized into. 

1. Type of Scam: Raffle/Lotto Prize
2. Social networking (instagram)
3. March 24, 2023
4. Financial (amt: PHP 520.00)
5. Giveaway ph (@give_away____ph) Joshua Gqanada 09811205543 (johnwilsonn53@gmail.com)
6. I was messaged in instagram by an account named "Giveaway ph" that I was selected as one of the 10 lucky winners of the lottery. Then they asked me to pay 520 for the "activation" of the account.. another "1500" for the upgrade of the account.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
