This FB scammer has cellphone no. 0969 328 2242 and her bank is BPI in the Philippines. She gave her Paymaya or Maya account as 0969 328 2242. During the fund transfer to her, Paymaya declined the transaction but for some strange reason, the funds landed in her BPI account. BPI, the amount of transfer was 8,000 pesos on Oct 9, 2022 transferred to her account at 2 31 am EDT.

Michaela Joy Campus - the name used for her banking at BPI Philippines.

This is in connection with your email  reporting a Cybercrime incident allegedly committed by a certain “Michaela Joy Sagmit/Michaela Joy Campus”. In addition, you also reported an alleged scammer Angel Lyn Bautista and Atty. Arceo Lebaqoun . 

Please be informed that the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), as the premier investigative agency of the country, undertakes to investigate crimes, in its own initiative or as public interest requires. Pursuant to Section 5 of Republic Act No. 10867 (National Bureau of Investigation Modernization Law), the NBI, through its Cybercrime Division, has jurisdiction to investigate Cybercrimes and violation/s of Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012), and if evidence so warrants file the appropriate case. 

In this regard, we deemed it prudent to refer your email to the NBI Cybercrime Division. However, as standard investigation procedure, you must personally appear before the Agent-on-case and bring your pertinent documents and other pieces of evidence for the proper investigation of your complaint.
