Good day!

May I request to delete my previous post here in FOI regarding NUEXPRESS, as I have falsely accused them of being scammers (especially Ms. Riza Hernandez)

The post was denied by NBI and it was indeed not true and I have verified it with people who have availed their services that they are actually a legit and great travel agency.

We have sought the assistance of the FOI-PMO regarding your request to delete your previous FOI request. As advised, kindly send a signed letter through email to FOI-PMO addressed to FOI Program Director Krizia Casey P. Avejar stating your request for deletion. Please include a copy of your valid government-issued ID in your letter and send it to foi.pco@gmail.com. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi@nbi.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
