Sir,
Good day!
I would like to request for a criminal records check for a man named Leonardo Nances Elio Jr., currently residing at Binang 1st, Bocaue, Bulacan, his other address is at No. 31 Sitio Centro, Lawang Bato, Valenzuela as indicated in his driver’s license. He violated traffic rules such as reckless driving and hit our car . After several talks at the police station and at the baranggay hall, he did not agreed settlements from us and insisted that he has no fault.

I would like thank your hardworking office in advance for the response that you will give to this matter.
