Hi! I am currently taking up my undergraduate architectural thesis about housing. May I know how are the houses classified according to their types or are there any bases on how many units are needed for single-detached houses, rowhouses, etc. in a single housing project?

Your attention and action to this matter are highly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

FOI 09:47 AM, Jan 16, 2020

Dear Ms. Obiano:

This is in reference to your EFOI request dated January 11, 2020 on different housing types and classifications.

Per coordination with our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD), a reply was sent to your email on January 17, 2020 informing you that the number of units per NHA Project is determined on the requirement of the Local Government Unit and its target number of beneficiaries.

NHA implements row houses in most of its projects.

For your information and reference.

Thank you.

Very truly yours,

Head, FOI Compliance and Monitoring Unit
Information Chief A
