Thank you for your request dated Dec 09, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Notice of certificate of sale of property.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We wanted you to know that we contacted the Land Registration Authority regarding this concern, and as per their system the only available is the Certificate of Sale. They also said that the record of Publication is with the supreme court - Office of the Clerk of Court & Ex-Officio Sheriff. However, you may wish to contact <Land Registration Authority (LRA) at <Ms. Hazel Tinio #09399389250>, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
