I refer to my letter of Dec 14, 2018 11:53:41 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Writing Style Guide.

Sorry for the late response to your request because of the changes in our office and new sets of Receiving Officer. Also, there is a technical error in our portal that causes of delay to response all request in our system.
