I would like to have a certification declared of a homestead patent application (H.A) 500059 with a Homestead Entry #: 102040 if possible the titled # if any under the name of SEVERINO TANTOY married to TEODORA MANLIMOS of lot 39, Cad Q.84 sitio Tg-ibu, Barrio Curva, Municipality of Butuan, Agusan Province (Before). Barangay Cabcabon, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte (Now). Which we can reconstitute the said patent through the court proceeding and transfer to our grandfather the portion of land that been brought by the way of DEED OF SALE in the year 1954. Attach in this request the documents.
