Dear Kathrina,

What further "clarification" do you need? As a cultural agency I am sure you have a copy of RA 10066. My only question is this: do you have a copy of the official Filipino translation? Yes or no?

I will have this reported to PCOO because 31 months have lapsed since the time I first made this request in January 2020. The Pandemic is not an excuse.
