I would like to request for a copy of your agency's Records Disposition Schedule/s which is in compliance with the National Archives of the Philippines policy for disposal of records.

I will use it for my research on records disposition schedules of Philippine government entities. Thank you!

Your Request

You asked for NPC's Records Disposition Schedule.

Response to Request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the records disposition schedule of the NPC is still being evaluated by NAP technical experts. Thus, we cannot provide you with a copy of the approved or signed records disposition schedule as it is still pending on their side. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to Privacy Commissioner and Chairman Raymund E. Liboro at info@privacy.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result, within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to seek the appropriate judicial remedy before the courts.
