good afternoon po! gusto ko lang po sana mag patulong di ko na po alam kung kanino ako lalapit . nag sabi po ako sa agent na nag tx po sa akin na di pa po ako makaka bayad pero mag pagbabayad po ako ng utang ko grabe po kase sila maningil nag mumura nung una po di ko lang pinapansin kase mali ko naman na umutang ako kaso mayat maya araw araw nag mumura sila at nag babanta di ko naman maiwasan na di sagutin kase grabe po talaga .

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your inquiry is not a valid FOI request. Please be advised that the mandate of the NPC is to administer and implement the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and to monitor and ensure compliance of the country with international standards set for data protection. Therefore, investigating alleged harassments fall beyond the scope of NPC’s mandate and authority.
