You are requesting information on how to determine if your personal information is being used for fraudulent purposes.

Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, provides for the guidelines on full public disclosure and transparency in the public service which covers only access to information, official records, public records, and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development.

Naga at info@privacy.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you about the result within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your review request.
