Hi, I would like to request for the following information:
1.Number of data breach notifications and complaints per nature of breach and complaint per industry/sector which NPC received from 2019-2021;
2.DPA enforcement cases from 2019-2021 per violations committed and penalties imposed;
3.Number of registered DPOs per industry/sector;
4.Number of PICs in the Financial industry: a) Banks; b) Digital-centric banks; c) Digital banks; d) WealthTech; e) Stock Brokers/Dealers; & d) Non-banks;
5.Number of compliance checks from 2019-2021 per mode of compliance check per industry/sector
