Hi, I was requesting a refund from gcash because I book a plane ticket using gcash however the transaction failed and i was still charge on my gcash account. I message both Cebu pacific and Gcash and they are stating that the transaction was not successfull and they did mot receive the payment and gcash stating that the payment went thru. it has been already 2 weeks and I haven' t receive anything from them. how can I file a legal case for this?
