I would like to file a complain against GCASH for not taking any action to my failed cash in via the GCASH application , several tickets were  files via Gcash app but have not received any response. I also tried to call their hotline but been waiting for more than 30 minutes, no agent answers. 
I cashed in via GCASH app thru my linked bank account and the money was debited to my account but not reflected to my gcash. I asked for immediate action from GCASh but until now no feedback from them. Hope you could help me. thank  you.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance please be reminded that G-Cash is not an NTC regulated service rather a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated mobile money service that lets consumer/s buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using Globe, TM, or any other network.
