Good day! I would like to file a complaint against Globe Telecom. I have been calling them to terminate my postpaid line but want to keep my mobile number active (switch to prepaid), however, the company refused and stated that their system is not yet ready to perform mobile portability. I have requested to cancel my postpaid line because, i am not using the service a lot. However, the number is important for me to keep coz i’ve been using this number for more or less 5 yrs now and its the only number i have. Please guide me and enlighten me about this issue. Thank you!
