Samedra 12:21 PM, Dec 01, 2022

Hi I would like to request for documentation from Gcash related to this ticket number (56770197) to confirm that I have complied with all necessary information that they requested but still failed to resolve my issue. I am being suspected of doing questionnable transactions even if I was able to provide supporting documents related to one incident! They have held my account inactive without justifiable cause.
