Good pm!
I would like to ask for an assistance regarding transfer of load worth 500 pesos from my old gcash number to my new gcash number. I've already deal about my problem to globe outlet in shangrila edsa for several times but up to now no action taken. I did the verification updating and it was successful but yet still no transfer of load.

Hope you can help me since it is already more than a month.

You asked for GCASH LOAD TRANSFER.

Response to Request:

In reference to the above request , may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Services provided by Public Telecommunication Entities and other Service Provider regulated by the Commission. Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Or you may send your formal written complaint to the CWPD thru: consumer@ntc.gov.ph or call at 9213251 & 9267722.

The following are the requirements:
1. Copy of duly accomplished Application Form for Complaint.
2. Copy of valid Government issued ID / School ID for Student.
3. Copy of any of the following proof of Complaint:
 Contracts, Billing, etc.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
1. For representative(s): Authorization letter duly signed by the applicant and valid ID.
