Good afternoon NTC ako po humihingi ng tulong mula sa inyo butihing tanggapan na mapabalik ang pera ko sa gcash na  budol ako nitong  isang gcash user din 09515577115 na gumamit sya ng dummy account sa facebook halos 710 pesos din nawala sa kin pinangakoan nya ako madodoble ang pera ko kung isesend ko sakanya ang pera ko dahil may promo si gcash at tutulungan nya daw ako ngunit nung na send ko na yung  yun doon na pla ako naloko i was victim akala ko legit sya sana matulungan nyo po ma trace at malaman kung sino ito gumagamit ng number na ito 09515577115

You asked for assistance regarding  the scam or act of fraud of your gcash number.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the capability to trace the number of the fraudster. However, you may wish to report that matter by visiting personally to the Gcash office and the concerned TELCO and request on the requirements on how to find who is the owner of the SIM Number that scammed your Gcash number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to:
