Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the process of submission of complaint against Converge ICT. The company has been overcharging me since February 2020. I have visited their office numerous times and received an acknowledgement that it was an error from their part but they neglect their responsibility to resolve. Several follow-ups have been made but they never got back to me. Until now, I am being over-billed. Please could you let me know how to file an NTC complaint against Converge ICT? Thank you very much!

In reference to the above request, may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Services provided by Public Telecommunication Entities and other Service Provider regulated by the Commission.
