I used the PAMASKO feature of GCASH last January 11, 2023 (Ref #10290534819149) and the feature said I will get a refund of the amount if it is unclaimed within 72 hours.

I filed Ticket #64766137 with GCASH Support last January 25, 2023 stating I didn't get a SMS notice that any of the PAMASKO I sent were claimed (all the recipients told me they were unable to claim it). Until now, that ticket remains "Open" in the GCASH App and I have not received my refund.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance please be reminded that G-Cash is not an NTC regulated service rather a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulated mobile money service that lets consumer/s buy load, purchase items, send and receive money, pay bills, and more using Globe, TM, or any other network.
