Hello. I want to ask regarding secondary license. 
If corporations are registered under Telecommunications line of business but their operations is mainly to manufacture, assemble, distribute or sell like  wares and merchandise. Services like construction, installation and maintenance without engaging in retail trade, mass media or telecommunications business.Do you require such entities to have certificate of Public Necessity and Convenience or any secondary license?
