I applied for an internet service from to be able to work remotely, unfortunately the service is so bad that I wasn't able to work. Work is my source of income and the reason why I had to apply for a connection in the first place. However, their service was really bad and I cannot really use the internet as subscribed. I have called them multiple times, first few times the technician came but the problem still persist and thus I decided to cut the service and I called but they said it is a lockin period of 2 years? and then it was deactivated and I am still being billed.
