Hi Please help me regarding my data connection not showing. I already email smart customer service but still no luck. Here's my sim info that no data connection, no lte or 3g network even if the network in my place is ok.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office finds that your request is not considered as FOI request but a frontline service that you could directly report to the concerned TELCO. We suggest that you visit their service center for you to be well attended as they maybe have huge number of customers to attend also.
