Hi, I'd like to get a true copy please of the MOA between NDRRMC and NYC, signed at OCD Conference Room, by NDRRMC Executive Director and Civil Defense Administrator Usec Alexander Pama, and NYC Comm. Jose Sixto Dantes III on August 18, 2015.

This will serve as a legal reference for planning what to do as a youth group to better promote #ZeroCasualty within mandates of Local Government Code, RA 10121, RA 10742 and other laws.
