Hi! I would like to request a data regarding the ff:

1. Population of Emergency Responders/Rescuers in the Philippines, NCR, and Cities within NCR - like a breakdown of population.

2. Ideal Ratio of number of Emergency Responders/Rescuers to Population used in Philippines, NCR, and Cities within NCR

3. Number and list/breakdown of equipments available for emergency or calamities  rescue in NCR and Cities within NCR. With its current condition (serviceable, old, damaged, etc)

4. List of a whole year program/plan for Disaster Management for a community based training and seminar programs.
