Dear Usec. Jalad,

We are conducting a policy study on local disaster needs in the Philippines. Our research seeks to map disaster damage and losses in the past three years (2018-2020) and explore ways to augment local DRM financing, if needed.

In line with this, we would like to respectfully request the Post-Disaster Needs Assessment reports of all the disaster events from 2018 to 2020. We are particularly interested in the amount of damage and losses per disaster, as broken down into sector and sub sector per LGU.
