Good day!

I would like to request for the JICA report on the Earthquake Impact Reduction Study for Metropolitan Manila conducted in 2004. Specifically the following volumes:

Volume 3: Main Report 2
Volume 4: Main Report 3
Volume 5: Supporting Report
Volume 6: Data Book

Volumes 1 & 2 are available online, but a more high resolution version of Volume 2 would also be helpful.
