Good day!

I would like to request po the following:
1. List of LGUs with CP
2. Corresponding planning period of the LGUs' CP
3. SB/SP Resolution adopting the CP
4. Date of CP Adoption
5. Evaluation report on the quality of the CP submitted.

P.S. I hope to get po the latest version or the most updated version of the abovementioned data. I just included 2010 to 2019 as time period since it's required information for the request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as the OCD does not monitor LGUs with Contingency Plans.
