Hi,

I'd like to ask about financials I could refer to related to technical / non-technical funding and expenditures allocated towards Republic Act 10639 "The Free Mobile Disaster Alerts Act" which are Emergency Cell Broadcasts and SMS sent out (by NDRRMC) during disasters.

Or is the cost of alerts purely shouldered by telecommunication service providers? (such as Globe / Smart)
