May I request for the Case filed by OSG-DOST/TRC against the defendant Mr. Carlos Pagba.

I was wondering why he is still occupying the properties owned by the goverment, DOST/TRC in particular inspite of Cases filed against him. Not to mention the Smuggling of Cigarettes in the same premises.

You asked for CASE OSG-DOST/TRC Vs. Mr. Carlos Pagba.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. The case is currently pending before the MCTC in Cabiao-San Isidro, Nueva Ecija as Civil Case No. 2020-01. It has just finished the pre-trial stage.
